Shipping Costs
We ship all orders via our trusted delivery partners, Australia Post and Couriers Please.

Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery address you choose.

For Standard Shipping, the costs are as follows:

  • Metro Postcodes:
    $10 for orders under $49.
    Free for orders $49+.

  • Regional Postcodes:
    $14.99 for orders under 15kg.
    $24.99 for orders 15kg+.

  • Far & Remote Postcodes:
    $40.

For an estimated delivery cost:

  1. Select your items and add them to your cart.

  2. Go to your Cart and choose Home Delivery.

  3. Enter your delivery postcode and select the relevant suburb from the dropdown list.
    This will display your estimated shipping cost, or show free shipping if you’re eligible.

The final shipping charge will appear on your checkout page before you proceed to payment, so you'll know the exact amount before confirming your order. All prices are in Australian Dollars, and shipping costs are additional to the product price.

Free Shipping Information
Enjoy free shipping on orders over $49 to select Metro postcodes in NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, SA, and WA. This offer is made possible through our delivery partners, Australia Post and Couriers Please.

To check if your postcode is eligible for free shipping, simply enter your postcode in the shopping cart or checkout page under the Home Delivery option.

Shipping Times and Areas
We offer affordable delivery to all metro and regional locations, excluding the Northern Territory. Free shipping applies to orders over $49 to Metro postcodes in NSW, ACT, VIC, TAS, SA, and WA.

At this time, we do not offer delivery to other states or internationally.

  • Processing time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. However, delays may occur during peak shopping periods.

  • Delivery time:

    • Metro postcodes: 2-5 business days.

    • Regional postcodes: May take up to 10 business days.
      For updates on delivery delays, please visit the Australia Post website.

If you're in a regional area, your delivery may be transferred to your local postal worker, so keep an eye out for them!

Please note that delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays, and no courier pickups occur on these days. You may experience slight delays during Christmas, Easter, and other busy periods.
